BBA Among the 2018 Best Employers in Canada

For many years, this program has been the benchmark for assessing the quality and performance of Canadian workplaces. Detailed analysis of opinions from BBA employees and leaders indicates an overall engagement rate that is up from last year and positions us at the 90th percentile in Aon Hewitt’s Canadian database.

About Aon’s Best Employers in Canada program

The methodology of Aon’s Best Employers in Canada study is backed by the results obtained and the best practices identified over the last 20 years under the Aon Best Employers program, along with employee engagement studies performed worldwide. It is supported by data from over 150 markets, more than 5,000 organizations operating across 68 industries with over 735,000 employees, including more than 600 Canadian organizations of all sizes. By applying rigorous standards developed as part of Aon’s worldwide Best Employers program, each participant survey assesses engagement, leadership, performance culture and employer branding against Aon Hewitt’s Canadian database and the opinions of Canadian workers. Organizations that rank among the top 25% in the Canadian database reach Platinum level, while those in the top third reach Gold level. This year, on average, 80% of employees who worked with Platinum level Aon Best Employers were engaged. Organizations at Gold level found 72% of employees were engaged.
