COVID-19: current situation

Following government announcement to close physical business locations across Canada (Québec and Ontario)—except for essential services—BBA confirms that its action plan to deal with such an event is already in place and operational.

At the very beginning of the crisis, measures were taken to limit risks to our employees and clients. Telecommuting tools were offered to our teams to minimize the spread of the virus and be part of the collective effort, while ensuring projects are completed flawlessly. We have switched to a virtual environment and will continue to adapt our operations as the situation progresses.

Based on the evolving analysis of government measures, BBA remains fully available to support its clients, as many of them continue to operate. Despite the exceptional nature of the situation, we will continue offering our clients the best service quality.

Our teams have set up a contingency plan to ensure current mandates continue, while respecting scheduled deadlines. For our employees who must visit client offices or sites, we are committed to following the strictest rules at all times.
