BBA announces the opening of a talent centre in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean

The talent centre will operate under the Québec City office and will offer professionals new employment opportunities right in their own region. Future employees will work on major cross-Canada mandates and will use their expertise and creativity on projects in the green energy and mining sectors.

One of the features of this talent centre, apart from the absence of a formal physical office, is that employees assigned to it will attend collaboration meetings every two weeks in Alma. This approach will ensure the firm’s values are maintained, that teams are cohesive, that knowledge is passed on, that employees work together and that they are engaged. Moreover, one of our priorities will always be to maintain close ties among employees and experts, even in a hybrid work mode with a high rate of telecommuting. This new work method will be specifically reserved for current and future employees who physically live in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region.

Alexandre Morin, BBA engineer, will serve as director of the talent centre in Saguenay–Lac Saint-Jean and will set up this structuring initiative for BBA. He is originally from this region and has a thorough knowledge of BBA’s culture. His technical skills and leadership qualities set him apart in the electrical sector.
