Maryse Saint-Laurent appointed independent external director on the board of directors

With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Saint-Laurent is an accomplished leader and director with an in-depth understanding of the energy and natural resources sectors. Her impressive track record and widely recognized expertise in governance are evident from her many contributions to the boards of major public and non-profit organizations. Her extensive experience in complementary expertise includes various roles in legal leadership and human resources management.

Ms. Saint-Laurent holds the ICD designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, the GCB.D designation in environment, social and governance (ESG) issues and certification from Indigenous Canada. She will provide valuable insight to BBA’s committee practices.
