For the New Richmond project, the company had to commit to extremely ambitious construction and interconnection schedules to meet Hydro-Québec requirements. What was a stake? The team came together quickly and developed an innovative delivery strategy enabling the paralleling of design and procurement activities while optimizing prefabrication and minimizing rework. Results spoke for themselves, a project energized as planned that now displays one of the highest facility availability rate in the industry.

The mandate was executed respecting a schedule compressed by five months for the electrical and civil design along major procurement activities.
